Easy Start
Starting with Kamal is effortless: its four sturdy wheels allow easy transport from storage to the patio. Fill the charcoal basket halfway, light it with a few firelighters, fully open the air intake at the bottom and keep the lid open. The ceramic surround around the charcoal basket retains heat and helps ignite the flame quickly. Once the coals have a layer of grey ash, you're ready to barbecue!
Easy Cook
Kamal effectively regulates and maintains heat with its mullite-based ceramic construction. This material ensures heat retention, keeping the coals burning continuously and maintaining the ideal temperature. With a lid that seals completely airtight due to a durable wire mesh seal and stainless steel springs, heat, smoke, and flavor are perfectly preserved. Cooking with Kamal is relaxed and straightforward: adjust the temperature during grilling by manipulating the air intake at the bottom and the top vent at the top.
Kamal 2.0 is not only functional but also ergonomically designed with an elevated base for added comfort during grilling. The two sturdy foldable side tables made of durable and weather-resistant HDPE material provide ample space for tools, plates, or ingredients. The flexible cooking system includes a custom holder, two crescent-shaped stainless steel grates, two crescent-shaped heat shields, and a simmer pot or wok holder.
Easy Clean
Kamal is self-cleaning. Heat Kamal for 30 minutes at 260°C. During this process, any remaining food residues and waste are burned. After heating, you can, if necessary, lightly brush the inside of Kamal with a dry brush so that the remaining ash falls into the ash tray. After that, you only need to empty the ash tray. The heavy exterior of Kamal can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth. Important: never use water or cleaning products to clean the inside of Kamal. The ceramic is porous and will absorb water or cleaning products, which can cause Kamal to crack over time.

The Kamal 2.0 comes standard with a flexible cooking system for both direct and indirect grilling. Easily upgrade this system with two cast iron grates for the ultimate grill marks or a simmer pot.
